Simon Says Give: School Supply Drive!

At the beginning of July, CARDSource employees took part in Simon Says Give’s July High Five For Supplies drive. The goal of this drive is to collect essential school supplies for children in need. CARDSource's community action team assigned point values to specific items: backpacks, calculators, pencils, scissors, and more. The rules are simple: collect the most points for your team by the end of the month to win!

What kind of Gift Card disclaimer do I need?

You’ve decided to offer gift cards at your company. First, you start gathering up the necessary information to get the process moving. Then, someone mentions you should have a gift card disclaimer, and you’re not sure what needs to be included. A disclaimer is an important addition, but there's no need for anxiety. Disclaimers don't need to be written by a lawyer. All they need to do is state the simple (and fairly standard) rules of use.
